Cancellation/Late Policies

Your appointments are very important at OOAK & Bespoke Natural Hair Salon. They are reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when we don’t receive proper notice we are unable to fill that appointment time and accommodate clients who may be on our waiting list. Our appointments are always confirmed 48 hours in advance, and a reminder is sent 24 hours in advance. Since we take every measure to ensure that your appointment is secured, we do enforce a strict cancellation fee.

--If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 25% of the reserved service amount may be charged.

--If there is no attempt to contact us prior to the missed appointment time, a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

--If any client has a history of repeated ‘no-shows’ or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, they will be asked to put down a 50% deposit in order to secure their desired appointment.

--Appointments have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. After the grace period, your appointment is subject to be canceled with a fee or subject to sacrificing a part/portion of the services that were scheduled.

Booking Fee

Services two hours in length or longer require a $100 booking fee which is applied towards the service. This is to ensure that our stylists’ time is being respected. Booking fees are non-refundable.
